How human beings created technology and how they became wrapped by recent AI technology

Actually, technology started when our life was beginning on earth in the ancient age and goes until now. According to the law of “struggle for existence,” humans were trying to invent something, mainly for food, shelter, and clothes. The time when people discover how to set fire through the stones first, they become stunned and become enormously happy. Later they learned how to build weapons for hunting food, then they also learned how to build a shelter. The first technology started like this.


The next era of technology was started when the wheel was invented. That is one of the biggest innovative inventions till now. After that many more things invented on the earth. The history of technology is actually the history of inventions of techniques and tools. Technological change is even affected by a society’s cultural tradition. Slowly more things started to be invented but the supreme era of invention started in the 18th century when machines get invented, and numerous production and development started. Human beings became colonized and civilized also across the world.


New knowledge had been adopted by the people to create or invent new things, and more scientific efforts are made possible by modern technologies which are controlled by human beings. For traveling from one place to another, where they could not reach before, they had started thinking about how to reach that place easily. Then by gaining knowledge from nature in more detail using natural senses they had started some scientific invention by some mere instruments.


Very soon we got some new innovations like analog signal processing, radio television, etc. Day by day, human beings have been becoming the supreme leader on Earth. Initially, all the signals were in analog format. Initially, it was very ok, but when a bulk amount of data came to the frame, the signal problem started.


To remove this difficulty when another era came into the picture that is digitization. It is actually the concept of two digits 1 and 0. Recently all the technologies have depended on it. This is the process of changing analog information into a digital format, e.g. computer-readable. The objects of this technology are; image, graphics, sound, and signal. It is called digital representation. Digitization is a very authentic worth to data processing, storage, and transmission. It allows information of all kinds in all formats to be carried with higher efficiency than analog. During this time Charles Babbage invented the first computer on the earth. And the speed of innovation has got tremendous acceleration.


In the mid 20th century, there was another flashing of invention, the internet. It was just the blessings of GOD. Just one was made for other computers and the internet. Still, now there are no such alternatives that have come to replace them. The most acceptable and very much user-friendly, these two young brothers have been dominating the global market of the earth. Now through this modern technology people can have online transactions, online television or mobile recharge, online shopping, any helpline, etc. Though there are more technologies that are piled onto each other and developed into something greater. The deeper we dive into technology, the more we can find many new technologies.

Artificial Intelligence – This is a science like intelligent mathematics. It helps to improve intelligent programs (algorithms) and machines that can solve any problem easily. Thinking is a major complicated part of the current world for decision making, though this intelligence system is helping humans to achieve their goals, this is actually called Artificial Intelligence. In computer science, this is defined as any device that consumes its nature and environment. It also takes action to maximize its chances of successfully gaining the goals. In these years, most of the organization has started using Artificial Intelligence which has become durable to their traditional system. This system also develops emotions, like a humanoid. Nowadays, people use artificial intelligence every time music system, Google maps, Uber, and more applications.


Artificial Intelligence was founded in 1955 and in the years Artificial Intelligence has changed in several waves. Artificial Intelligence research has been divided into subgroups. These subgroups are focused on particular things, like, robots and machines, etc, particular tools like artificial neural networks, and so on. In the 21st century, Artificial Intelligence has found concurrent advances in computer science. Artificial Intelligence techniques have become a part of the technology industry, it helps to solve several problems in computer science, operations research, software engineering and so on. The sincere goal of artificial intelligence has given rise to more debates and questions. Norving and Russel have described four types of Artificial Intelligence:

  1. Thinking Humanity

  2. Thinking Rationally

  3. Acting Humanly

  4. Acting Rationally

The first 2 ideas are concerned with thought processes while the other 2 are concerned with deal with the behavior.


Artificial Intelligence is mainly based on human intelligence that can be examined in a way that a machine can easily mimic it and executes tasks from simple to hard. In convention, it is the main goal of AI mimicking human activity. Researchers are making rapid steps in mimicking activities which are learning, reasoning, perception to the extent.


Though there are some additional parts also included in AI that can be treated as an extended family of AI. These are actually mimicking intelligence from nature in our daily life.

These are called Nature-Inspired Algorithms/ Technology, Swarm Intelligence, etc.

AI vs ML vs DL:


Still, now we have seen AI. Now there is Machine Learning.

Machine Learning or ML can be treated as a subset of Artificial intelligence which shares systems to automatically learn and improve the experience without being programmed. In Machine Learning, there are various rules that help to solve problems.


After ML there is Deep Learning or Deep Neural Learning. It is further screening for the best result. It is a subset of machine learning that is used for the neural networks to- analyze various factors with a structure which is similar to the human neural system.


ML refers to an AI system that people can learn by themselves based on the algorithm. And the systems that get smarter and smarter day by day without intervention are machine learning. Deep learning is basically machine learning mostly applied for large data sets. AI work embrangles ML because intelligent behavior claims considerable knowledge.


These days we are nothing without smartphones, google, and many more. For these, things are getting easier for human beings. We are able to solve problems quickly, we come to a conclusion easily. Nowadays people are so busy, we don’t have much time. So in conclusion, smart technology is a good way for human beings. But indirectly we are wrapped or governed or dominated or fully controlled by AI. So we need balance otherwise human beings will be at risk.
